TV / DVD, stereo (AM/FM and CD player) with indoor/outdoor speaker system, movies, books and games included. Outside you will enjoy the large deck with awning, picnic table, plenty of seating, and a hammock for ultimate relaxation. 2025 Camping season limited weeks available for $100/night (discounted for 4+ nights), booking secured with a $100 refundable cleaning / damage deposit, no pets.

Description: A multi family-sized cottage near the woods at the edge of the campgrounds. Three bedrooms plus loft, with fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 10, two bathrooms (full + ensuite), and a spacious living room. Large windows overlook the deck area with BBQ, picnic table, hammock, and green space.
Amenities: Wi-Fi, wood fireplace, portable AC, wheelchair accessible. Linens are provided but need to be laundered before leaving or bring your own.

Rates:
Camp weeks, 7 nights $1050.
Junior High Camp Weekend, 3 nights, $530.
All other weekends 2 nights, $400.
May, June, August and September.
Nightly rate $125, minimum 3 night stay.
Within a week of booking, to secure your week, a $250 payment (part of the total) $100 damage deposit and $50 cleaning deposit ($400) due in the form of an e-transfer, to 32forestlpc@gmail.com

Lovely trailer with spacious sunroom addition and an inviting porch just waiting for your morning coffee and devotions. Private queen bedroom in the back, pull out couch in the main living area, and futon in the sunroom. Sleeps six easily. Ample indoor seating and dining space, additional outdoor patio seating. TV with DVD player.
Full kitchen with oven, microwave, Keurig machine and a BBQ out back! Lot of windows all around the trailer for natural sun light.
Damage deposit of $100 and cleaning deposit of $50. $100 per night. Priority will be given to one week stays.
Please NO pets. Check in after 3pm, Check out before Noon. Bring your own linens.

You'll find two decks out back plus stairs giving access to the lake below.
