REV. DOUG BAKER - LISTOWEL PENTECOSTAL CHURCH
Doug and his family have been at LPC since March 2019. He's been married to his best friend, Ashleigh, for 14 years. And they are the proud parents of August and Fianna, twins who continue to be a double blessing.
Doug considers it a privilege to serve his community, encouraging and equipping its members to be more like Jesus everyday and make a difference with their lives.
It won't take long for you to learn that Doug loves people, humour, food... and the Green Bay Packers.
SUNDAY, JUNE 23rd
REV. SCOTT BULLERWELL
Rev. Dr. Scott Bullerwell is an ordained PAOC minister, author and speaker. Born in Montreal, Quebec, he is well known as a theological educator, conference and summer camp speaker. A graduate of E.P.B.C., Scott has pastored in Ontario, Quebec, P.E.I. and Manitoba.
Before returning to pastoral life, Scott was Professor of Old Testament and Department Chair at Master’s College and Seminary in Peterborough, Ontario. His teaching experience has allowed him to travel as a visiting professor internationally from Nepal to Cambodia to Africa, and many places in between.
Scott spent a number of years obtaining his BA, MA, MDiv and DMin degrees. He’s been credentialed with the PAOC for 52 years. A certified C.A.P.P.E. Chaplain with both basic and advances units through the Toronto School of Theology, he served at University Health Network, a tertiary of Toronto General, Toronto Western and Princess Margaret Hospital in the heart of Toronto.
After 10 years as Lead Pastor in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Scott and Brenda retired in September 2015 to Lakeshore to change the pace of their lives and have been working on their ‘bucket list’ which included travel and overseas missions work. They are snowbirds who reside in Largo, Florida during the winter months.
Married almost 53 years, they have two grown children, 5 grandchildren, one great granddaughter and another great grand-baby arriving October, 2024. Scott enjoys writing, - has a blog (onlysaying.com), preaching, traveling (cruising) and hunting. One of his memorable experiences was as a chapel speaker to the Toronto Blue Jays the two years they won the World Series (’92 and ’93).

REV. RACHEL CORNEJO - JR HIGH CALIBRATE WEEKEND
"Hey everyone! I am beyond thrilled to be speaking to Jr High’s at LPC this year; as my personal encounter with God began when I was in Jr High. I serve as the Family Ministries Pastor overseeing next-gen ministries at Glad Tidings Pentecostal church in Arnprior Ontario (a town 30 minutes west of Ottawa). I’m passionate about seeing young people impacted by the gospel and being called into God’s purpose for their lives. I can’t wait to have fun at camp and more importantly seek God with all of you." - Rachel
SUNDAY, JULY 14th
REV. MARK SMALLWOOD - PASSION 4 PRESENCE
After over 24 years of pastoral ministry, with the most recent 7 years serving as Lead Pastors in Millbrook, the Smallwoods have taken a step of faith as God has been leading them to full-time itinerant ministry. This new chapter in their ministry is a natural step as they have been guest ministers in camps, conventions, retreats, and churches over the last few years. Mark has preached, Christina has led worship, and the entire family has ministered at the altar.
Mark Smallwood is an Ordained Licensed Ministry Credential Holder with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada, which serves as oversight for his ministry, PASSION 4 PRESENCE.

REV. MARK SCARR - WOODVALE PENTECOSTAL CHURCH
Mark and Evelyn Scarr, both graduates of Eastern Pentecostal Bible College, have been involved in full-time ministry since 1985. They are blessed with three adult children, one daughter-in-law, one son-in-law and three granddaughters. For the past 23+ years, they have served as Lead Pastor at Woodvale Pentecostal Church in Ottawa, where they are currently experiencing supernatural growth and God’s manifest presence. Prior to Ottawa, the Scarrs pastored in South-Western Ontario, Montreal, and the Greater Toronto Area. Pastor Mark loves people and communicating the Word of God. He has a heart for the City of Ottawa and the Nation of Canada – specifically the unchurched and the next generation.
SUNDAY, JULY 28th
REV. MARK HAZZARD - REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF MISSIONS
Mark Hazzard is an ordained minister with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada where he pastored in the Western Ontario District for 38 years at churches in Petrolia, Huntsville, Barrie, and Parkwood Gospel Church in Windsor for 22 1⁄2 years. In 2017, Mark and Val felt directed to leave pastoring to begin serving global workers. They now serve as Regional Director of Missions for the PAOC in the Latin America/Caribbean region. Mark and Val have a passion to challenge believers at home and abroad to become fully engaged in missions. Mark also loves to listen to southern gospel music, watch the Leafs, eat Cinnabon, and spoil his grandkids. He and Val have been married for 45 years and now live in Calgary near their three married children and seven adorable grandchildren.

REV. TIM STEVENS - NEWCASTLE PENTECOSTAL CHURCH
Tim and his wife, Shelley, met at Eastern Pentecostal Bible College and were married in 1999. Currently, they serve in pastoring Newcastle Pentecostal Church. They have 2 young adult daughters who are both working at LPC this summer.
Tim has a heart to see the Holy Spirit bring restoration in the Church and in the lives of people. He will be sharing a message entitled; Overcoming the Spirit of Jonah.

REV. MITCH PITT - SR HIGH CALIBRATE WEEKEND
Mitchell Pitt is the Campus Pastor at Lifecentre in Kanata. After 12 years of youth ministry God called him and his wife, Cassie, to take a step of faith in a different area of Ottawa. He is the father of 2 incredible young men, ages 13 and 10, and a huge fan of the Maple Leafs. His passion in ministry is watching people encounter the real, life changing presence of God. Mitch wants to encourage everyone that when you give God a chunk of your summer, God shows up everytime. Camp is going to be awesome, see you there.

REV. JACKSON ROGERS - YOUTH FOR CHRIST
Jackson is the Centre Director for 37 Frank Youth Cafe in Strathroy, Ontario. Open 40 hours a week, he mentors and has community with a core group of over 200 different teens a week, helping with anything from homework to homelessness. Jackson was a Youth and Associate Pastor at Stone Church Toronto for 6 years before getting married to his amazing wife Rachel and moving to the small town of Strathroy as a Youth For Christ missionary to evangelise through living in community with teens who would likely never step foot in church. He has two young children and is a self proclaimed hobbyist of hobbies including reading high fantasy, baking cakes, riding motorcycles and much more. He loves discussions about God's word, especially topics like evangelism and ecclesiology

REV. BILLY RICHARDS - CHURCH ON THE QUEENSWAY
Billy has been part of Lakeshore Camp all his life. He is the Senior Pastor of Church on the Queensway. Their Sunday morning television program reaches over 40,000 people every week. His speaking is different; humour, honesty and stories help him teach the Word of God. Billy believes in Pentecostal experience!
SUNDAY, OCTOBER 13th
REV. JASON LUSCOMBE - DISTRICT SUPERINTENDENT
On this Sunday we are glad to be having our District Superintendent.
Jason graduated from Master’s College and Seminary in 1998 and began his ministry at Southside Worship Centre in Ajax as the assistant pastor in 1999. After five years, Jason became the lead pastor of Southside where he then served for over 12 years, until he joined the EOND team where he now serves as our District Superintendent
The Luscombes have a desire to see the body of Christ be awakened to the work and the person of the Holy Spirit. They want to help a new generation of Pentecostal leaders both see and hear again the works of the Lord.
Jason Luscombe is married to Colleen and they have two sons Lincoln and Liam. Their life's prayer is Habakkuk 3:2: “Lord I have heard of your fame, I stand in awe of your deeds. Repeat them in our day, in our time make them known. In wrath remember mercy.”
