Jason Luscombe

Morning Speaker
July 20 - 23

Jason graduated from Eastern Pentecostal Bible College in 1998 and began his ministry at Southside Worship Centre (Ajax, Ontario) as the Assistant Pastor in 1999. After five years, Jason became the Lead Pastor of Southside, where he then served for 12 more years. In addition, Jason served on the board of Shepherd Village as a designate of EOND for four years and served on the district executive for four years as a presbyter of the Lakeshore section.

Jason was elected as the district superintendent of the Eastern Ontario and Nunavut District in July 2022. Previously he served as the assistant to the superintendent for ministry for five years, and as the district missions representative.

Jason and his wife Colleen reside in Quinte West, Ontario.

The Luscombe's desire to see the Body of Christ awakened to the work and the person of the Holy Spirit. They want to help a new generation of Pentecostal leaders see and hear the work of the Lord. Their life's prayer is Habakkuk 3:2 "Lord I have heard of your fame, I stand in awe of your deeds. Repeat them in our day, in our time make them known. In wrath remember mercy".

Darcy and Leanne McAlister

Darcy and Leanne focus on developing leaders across Canada and around the world. Their passion is for Christians to actively engage with God’s purposes from a place of health and wholeness. Darcy and Leanne use speaking, coaching, mentoring, marriage ministry, seminars and team building to accomplish this! They have just finished being based in Asia for the last 5 years serving with PAOC’s Mission Global, responding to the significant need and request for help from national partners across Asia.  Darcy has recently accepted the role of the Director of Development and Communications with Mission Global and Leanne leads ZOE Network which focuses on activating women and men into God’s mission at home and beyond. 
 
Darcy and Leanne both have their MA in Leadership and are Certified Leadership Coaches.  Their home church is Abbotsford Pentecostal Assembly. They have three married children (Nicholas, Robyn, and Ben) and the whole family is engaged in ministry

Kaarina Hsieh has served actively in pastoral ministries for over 30 years in a variety of contexts. For 18 years, she served on faculty and is the former Dean of Students at Tyndale Seminary. There she gave oversight to Student Development and Chapel ministries and her particular areas of teaching foci at the Seminary were in Youth and Family Ministries, Gospel, Church and Culture and in areas of Spiritual Formation. She recently served as Interim Academic Dean for Masters College during their transition to becoming MCS Horizon. Since 2012 Kaarina has served as Lead Pastor of Parkway Forest Community Church located in North York (Toronto). Parkway Forest Community Church is a dynamic, multi-cultural, age and socio-economically diverse church that is always seeking to build bridges into the community, finding ways to love the city to Jesus. Kaarina is delighted to serve on the General Executive of the PAOC and is a committed and active member of the Fellowship. She also serves as a Director on the Board of Directors for Youth Unlimited GTA where she continues to champion for the spiritual growth and health of youth and their families to greater wholeness in Christ.

Brett Ullman

Morning Speaker
July 31 - August 1

Brett Ullman travels North America speaking to teens, young adults, leaders, and parents on topics including parenting, mental health, media, marriage, and men. Brett’s seminars engage and challenge attendees to try and connect our ancient faith with our modern culture we live in. Participants are inspired to reflect on what we know, what we believe and how our faith ought to serve as the lens through which we view and engage tough conversations in our society today.


Husband to Dawn, and father of Bennett and Zoe, Brett and his family make their home in Ajax, Ontario where Brett leads and directs Worlds Apart, a charity focused on empowering individuals to re-align their lives with Biblical core values often muddled by media but central to Christian living.


Brett was a teacher with the Toronto District School Board for ten years before moving into speaking full-time back in 2005. Brett has a Master’s degree in Evangelism and Leadership from Wheaton Graduate School in Chicago and is also a graduate of the Arrow Leadership Program. Brett completed his Masters in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and currently does counselling part-time as a registered psychotherapist (RP) at

lifecarecentres.ca/ in Pickering, Bowmanville, and virtually.

Travis Holownia

Evening Speaker

Travis Holownia, from Edmonton, Alberta, is the visionary leader and founder of Resurgence Initiatives (LiveResurgence.com), a movement started in 2008 in Canada with a mission to inspire people to arise together. Resurgence exists to reach people, revive churches, and release leaders. With a deep passion for revival and evangelism, Travis’s greatest desire is to see this generation experience what it means to live in the power and presence of the Holy Spirit.

God has used Travis in a catalytic way. His speaking and teaching inspire youth, young adults, leaders, pastors, and people of all ages, calling the Spirit of God to stir and awaken hearts. In addition, Travis is the co-host of the "Spirit Empowered Leader Podcast", which launched in June 2023 and ranked in the top 10 for Christianity podcasts in Canada.

He is actively involved in global movements working to raise a generation of evangelists and leaders, including the Global Evangelist Alliance through Empowered21, where he serves on the Executive Committee. Before launching Resurgence, Travis served for eight years in a Youth Conference movement called :YC Alberta" and previously worked in a management role in the oil industry.

Travis holds degrees in both Engineering and Theology, is married to Jessica, a Pediatric Dentist, and together they have a son, Elijah, who was born in 2024.

Danny Gray

July 31 - August 1 and August 3

Danny Gray has served on staff at Parkwood Gospel Church in Windsor Ontario since 2008, first as Youth Pastor, then as Young Adults & Missions Pastor, before being elected as Lead Pastor in 2018. He has also served in the Western Ontario District as the Windsor Section Pastor since 2022. Danny's passion is to lead a church of disciples who make disciples with a vision to help people find hope in Jesus and home in His family. With that in mind and a vision to be a lighthouse in the community, a new church campus was planted in Windsor's downtown core in 2023, Parkwood’s 100th year. On a personal note, Danny loves the Packers, iced capps, his wife, Natalie, and their two beautiful children, Norah and Beau, who make sure life is never dull.
