Again, by popular request Day Camps at Lakeshore is making yet another return. At Day Camps campers experience teaching sessions, small group discussions, campfires, swimming, kayaking, archery, arts and crafts, field games, water toys and so much more.

The FIVE weeks of day camps are:

Week One: July 10 to July 14th 

​

The sands of time have shifted! Travel back to a world of pharaohs, pyramids and prophets as Lakeshore transforms into ancient Egypt. Your journey to uncover the mysterious history of the Bible will be filled with treacherous challenges, enormous puzzles, and unforgettable characters you meet along the way. Before we return home, we’ll uncover a priceless truth - no depth or height can separate us from the God who loves us!

Week Two: July 17 to July 21  

​

Strap yourselves in for a mission beyond the universe itself! You and your crew will blast through time and space to find the farthest reaches of imagination, with lightspeed competitions and super-charged skill building in your sights. Though the challenges will be out of this world, we’ll find ourselves coming ever closer to a critical lesson to take home – no eye has seen the spectacular wonders God has prepared for us!

Week Three: July 24 to July 28 

 

You’ll find more than gold in this jungle! Join a fearless expedition team into the unventured wilderness, teeming with challenges at every corner that will test your creativity, craftiness, and courage. As we map our way through, we’ll chart a path through the Bible itself to find God’s plan for your life - thousands of years in the making. God is our greatest treasure – and we are his!

Week Four: July 31 to August  4  

 

Pack your swimsuit, because we’re in for a whale of a journey! This action-packed week will have thrills, spills, and no shortage of thunderous surprises as campers learn to brave the harshest storms ever found on the high seas. From the Flood to the apostle Paul’s nautical misadventures, we’ll see how having God at the helm navigates us through all kinds of rough water!

Week Five: August 7 to August 11 

 

BREAKING NEWS! There will be a fifth week of Day Camp this summer. Because we want everyone to have a chance to join in on the fun, Camp Mystery is a go! This camp will revolve around Bible Teaching, Fun in the Sun and Mystery… 

Day Camp this year will run Monday to Friday and will start on July 10th, July 17th, July 24th, July 31st, and August 7th.

Preparations have already begun with the return of much-loved and appreciated friends like Matthew Werenich, Drake Shorelake, Ryan McQuoid, and former coaches. Bev Graham and Candace Bell from our District Office will join in on the fun this year! 

​

By offering a whole week of camp experience to all campers ages, 6 – 15 each of the four weeks, a family with children, jr highs, and young youth can all sign up for the same week if your time is limited on the grounds. Summer camp is an incredible opportunity for children and their families, and we don’t want anyone to miss out. 

​

The cost is $220 for the first registration, and each additional week or child from the same household is $200. Just pack a lunch, send them our way, and we'll take care of the rest. Each day runs from 9 am to 5 pm.
