Situated on Lake Ontario is in the final stages of construction. Some adjustments are required to bring the building into compliance with LPC policy and the Township’s building code before occupancy will be granted. Included with the cottage are uninstalled cupboards, some building materials as well as new appliances. Everything contained in the building and at the site is included with the sale.
